Originally from Las Vegas, I moved to Utah for my education. I received a bachelor’s of science from BYU in exercise science, with a minor in nutrition. I worked as a personal trainer for many years in Utah, New York, and Las Vegas. I decided to pursue more education and received a master’s of science in exercise physiology and health promotion, also from BYU. While completing my graduate work, I also taught multiple classes including anatomy lab, weight management, jogging, weight training, basketball, and more. The human body is a magnificent machine, capable of amazing things. I love learning about it and love sharing my knowledge of it even more.
